Moderated comments

Due to some moron who had nothing better to do than post comment spam all night long for several days, I've had to enable the "moderate comments" feature. It was a PITA to delete EACH AND EVERY ONE, but I think they're all gone. Rest assured, comments will be posted (unless, of course, it's comment spam).

Now back to our regularly scheduled knitting...
