Hubby's scarf

I've finished 9 repeats of my hubby's scarf. Since it is to be a Christmas present I will not be working on it much until after I return from New York on Dec 5. I am using Misty Alpaka. It is lovely and soft. I hope he likes it.

Yep that is what it is. We are all doing it together, sort of.
You can see pictures of the scarf on this blog.
You can also get the pattern here.

I've started mine, and so far I love it. I'm using a purple tweed yarn that I got at the knit fest in Toledo this past weekend. It's from Black water abbey yarns, who import irish wool so I thought that would be appropriate. : ) No affiliation etc.

So far I have 6 repeats, and I haven't had a lot of time to work on it. Finishing a pair of socks too at the moment, painting the kitchen since company is coming for Thanksgiving, and finishing some scarves for a project at work. It is so hard to put down though!
